“The Unstoppable You”

Goal: Achieve a balanced workout that strengthens all body muscles and increases endurance.

Daily benefit:

The “Unstoppable You” routine is designed to promote muscular strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility. It combines warming up, cardio, strength training, and stretching to ensure full body stimulation, increased blood circulation, toned muscles, and improved overall fitness.

Warm-up:

  • Exercise: Jumping Jacks
  • Instructions: Stand straight with hands by your side. Jump and spread your legs side by side while lifting your hands overhead. Return to the starting position and repeat.
  • Equipment: No equipment required
  • Duration: 5 minutes
  • Muscles Worked: Total body warm-up

Cardio:

  • Exercise: Treadmill Jog
  • Instructions: Start at a lower speed, gradually increase the speed as your body warms up. Maintain a steady jog for the entire duration.
  • Equipment: Treadmill
  • Duration: 20 minutes
  • Muscles Worked: Legs, Core, Cardiovascular system

Strength Training:

(Choose either upper body, lower body, or split the number between both)

Upper Body:
Exercise: Push-ups
  • Instructions: Lay prone on the ground with hands supporting your body. Lower your body using your arms and then push your body back to the initial position.
  • Equipment: No equipment required
  • Duration: 3 sets of 15 reps
  • Muscles Worked: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Lower Body:
Exercise: Squats
  • Instructions: Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart. Lower your body as if sitting in an imaginary chair. Rise back to the starting position.
  • Equipment: Dumbbells (optional)
  • Duration: 3 sets of 20 reps
  • Muscles Worked: Quadriceps, Glutes, Hamstrings

Stretching:

  • Exercise: Total body stretch
  • Instructions: Stand tall, reach for the sky, and hold for 10 seconds. Bend down at the waist and touch your toes, hold for 10 seconds. Repeat.
  • Equipment: No equipment required
  • Duration: 10 minutes
  • Muscles Worked: Full Body
