Full Body Blast Workout
Goal:
The goal of this workout is to increase cardiovascular fitness, build strength, and improve flexibility through a combination of cardio, strength training, and stretching exercises.
Daily Benefit:
This workout will help you burn calories, tone your muscles, and increase your overall fitness level. It will also help you improve your flexibility and reduce the risk of injury.
Warm Up:
- Jumping Jacks – 3 sets of 30 seconds
- Arm Circles – 2 sets of 15 reps (optional: light dumbbells)
Cardio:
- Running on the Spot – 3 sets of 1 minute
- High Knees – 3 sets of 30 seconds
Strength Training:
- Squats – 3 sets of 12 reps (optional: barbell)
- Push-ups – 3 sets of 10 reps
Stretching:
- Hamstring Stretch – 2 sets of 30 seconds per leg
- Chest Stretch – 2 sets of 30 seconds
