Fitness Workout for Today

Morning Routine:

  • 10-minute jog or brisk walk
  • 20 bodyweight squats
  • 15 push-ups
  • Plank for 1 minute

Afternoon Routine:

  • 30-minute HIIT workout (include exercises like burpees, mountain climbers, and high knees)
  • 20 bicycle crunches
  • 15 tricep dips
  • 10 lunges on each leg

Evening Routine:

  • 10-minute yoga or stretching session
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 10 leg raises
  • 20 Russian twists
