Workout Goal

This workout is aimed to boost your energy levels and keep you fit by stimulating every muscle group in the body, while also improving cardiovascular health. It is designed for those who want a moderate to high-intensity workout.

Daily Benefit

This comprehensive workout not only increases your muscular strength and endurance, but it also enhances your cardiovascular health, flexibility and provides a great way to burn calories and melt excess fat. The varied exercises ensure that every part of your body is worked out.

Workout Plan:

  • Warm-up

    No equipment required.

    5 minutes of light jogging followed by dynamic stretches including arm circles, leg swings, and hip circles to get the blood flowing and prep the body.

  • Cardio (Treadmill)

    Equipment Needed: Treadmill (optional: can run outdoors)

    Run or jog for 20 minutes on a treadmill. Intensity can be adjusted to individual fitness levels.

  • Strength Training (Upper Body)

    Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, Resistance Bands (both optional)

    • Bicep Curls – 3 sets of 15 repetitions
    • Tricep Pushdowns – 3 sets of 15 repetitions
    • Shoulder Press – 3 sets of 15 repetitions
    • Optional: Lateral Pulldown – 3 sets of 15 repetitions
  • Strength Training (Lower Body)

    Equipment Needed: Dumbbells (optional), Resistance Bands (optional)

    • Squats – 3 sets of 15 repetitions
    • Lunges – 3 sets of 15 repetitions
    • Calf Raises – 3 sets of 15 repetitions
    • Optional: Glute Bridges – 3 sets of 15 repetitions
  • Stretching

    No equipment required.

    Conclude your workouts with 10 minutes of stretching exercises to cool down, prevent muscle stiffness, and improve flexibility. Focus on stretching all the major muscles that were worked.
