- Exercise: Jumping Jacks
Instructions: Stand straight, then jump, spreading your legs and swinging your arms above your head, then jump back to the starting position.

Strength Training
Upper Body
- Exercise: Push-Ups
Instructions: Get into a plank position, lower your body until your chest almost touches the floor. Push your body up back to the starting position.
