Goal of the workout:

Improve cardiovascular health, increase muscle strength, and enhance flexibility. This regime engages all muscle groups and keeps the heart rate elevated for maximum benefits.

Warm Up

  1. Exercise: March in Place
    Instructions: Stand straight and march in one place at a steady pace.
    Equipment: No equipment required.
    Duration: 5 minutes.
    Muscles worked: Full body.

Cardio

  1. Exercise: Jumping Jacks
    Instructions: Stand straight, then jump, spreading your legs and swinging your arms above your head, then jump back to the starting position.
    Equipment: No equipment required.
    Duration: 10 minutes.
    Muscles worked: Full body.

Strength Training

Upper Body

  1. Exercise: Push-Ups
    Instructions: Get into a plank position, lower your body until your chest almost touches the floor. Push your body up back to the starting position.
    Equipment: No equipment required. (optional push up bars)
    Duration: 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
    Muscles worked: Chest, shoulders, triceps.

Lower Body

  1. Exercise: Squats
    Instructions: Stand with feet hip-width apart, lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Push up to the starting position.
    Equipment: Your body weight. (optional dumbbells)
    Duration: 3 sets of 15 repetitions.
    Muscles worked: Glutes, thighs, hips.

Stretching

  1. Exercise: Full Body Stretch
    Instructions: Stand straight, inhale and lift your hands high above your head, hold for a few seconds, exhale and release.
    Equipment: No equipment required.
    Duration: 5 minutes.
    Muscles worked: Full body.
